SUNLORD Electronics completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Shenzhen Xinbai structural Ceramics, aggressively entering the ceramic materials market

SUNLORD Electronics Inc. has completed the acquisition of all the shares of Shenzhen Xinbai Structure Ceramics Corp.,Ltd., the company announced on July 6.

According to the specific announcement, Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics Co., Guiyang SUNLORD XUNDA Electronics Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "SUNLORD XUNDA"), signed Shenzhen Xinbai Structure with its counterparty Chen Nuanhui on June 12, 2017 Share Acquisition Agreement of Shenzhen Xinbai Structure Ceramics Corp.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Xinbai") to be held by Chen Nuanhui 100%.

The transaction progress announcement is as follows: 1. Mr. Chen Nuanhui has resigned as executive (managing) director and General manager of Shenzhen Xinbai and will not assume any position in Shenzhen Xinbai after his resignation.

2. SUNLORD XUNDA has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the 100% shares of Shenzhen Xinbai held by Chen Nuanhui, and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality on June 27, 2017.

3. The equity transfer price for SUNLORD XUNDA to be held by Chen Nuanhui has been paid.

According to the data, Xinbai Ceramics is a leader in advanced ceramic materials, and its main business is high-performance ceramic materials and products, structural ceramics, etc. Xinbai ceramics has accumulated many years in the field of ceramic structural parts, precipitated many basic material processes, and is leading in slurry, sintering and other fields of technology. SUNLORD Electronics previously purchased Xinbai ceramics for its original ceramic fingerprint chip products, and successfully supplied them to OPPO and other first-line manufacturers.
